Elizabeth Pansegrouw
DIRECTOR
After completing her studies at the University of Stellenbosch, she worked in the KPMG Tax Department for 13 years. She initially founded a tax advisory business which opened its doors in 2006 in Bellville and thereafter in 2022 a specialist tax compliance business in Stellenbosch.
Elizabeth specializes in individual and expatriate taxes including tax residents’ tax exit from South Africa. She also specializes in keeping foreign investors and nationals tax compliant in South Africa whilst still living abroad or enjoying their retirement in South Africa.
Elizabeth is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. She holds a BA Law, LLB and M.Com (Tax) from the University of Stellenbosch. She is registered as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT).
Sulé Nannucci ASSOCIATE
Sulé initially worked in the corporate tax advisory industry as a corporate tax consultant at Andersen, KPMG and PwC.
Sulé joined Cape Tax in 2015 where she now specialises in individual income tax advisory and in particular on cross-border income streams, tax residency, double tax agreements and capital gains taxes.
She continues to be involved with SMME companies as well as private family trusts and income tax obligations of Estates.
Sulé enjoys holistic tax planning and ensuring that your tax affairs are optimised in family structures.
She is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds a B.Comm LLB from the University of Stellenbosch, a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Cape Town and a Higher Certificate in Financial Markets and Instruments (Cum Laude) from the Academy of Financial Markets. She is registered as a Master Tax Practitioner with SAIT
